Coach is a personal coach you keep for life. It learns your goals, your routine, and what you're already doing, then gives you ongoing guidance across supplements, nutrition, training and gear, and self-care — plus habit tracking to make it stick.

It's built to feel like an ongoing relationship rather than a one-time quiz. Coach remembers what you've told it and factors it into what comes next.

Two ways, and we'd rather you hear both up front.

Affiliate commission. When Coach recommends a product and you buy it through our link, we earn a commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. Those links are labelled wherever they appear.

The part that matters: commission never changes what Coach recommends or how it ranks anything. Product links are also available on every plan, including the free one — we don't put them behind the paywall. Coach never handles your payment for a product; you always check out on the retailer's own site.

Coach is not medical care. It's educational and motivational. Nothing it says is a diagnosis, a treatment, or personalized clinical advice — and it will never tell you a specific dose to take or confirm that something is safe to combine with your medication. Those are questions for a doctor or pharmacist, and Coach will say so.

Please talk to a healthcare professional before making changes — particularly if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, managing a diagnosed condition, or taking prescription medication. If you tell us any of those apply, Coach gets more cautious and points you toward a professional more often.

Coach is direct and encouraging, never shaming. If you fall off track, it'll say so honestly and then move straight on to a fresh start — no guilt, no pressure, and nothing that trades on how you feel about your body.

Anything to do with grooming or self-care is framed as taking care of yourself, because that's what it is. Never as fixing something wrong with how you look.

The photographs across this site are generated by AI, not taken by a camera. Nobody pictured is a real person, and none of it is a customer, a result, or a before-and-after — it is mood, not evidence. We keep a record of how each image was made.

Anything that is a factual claim about Coach — what it does, what it costs, what it keeps — is written in words, on this page and on the ones it links to, precisely so that no picture has to carry it.

Health data and what Coach remembers about you are encrypted at rest, and we never sell them — to anyone, for any price. We don't share them with the retailers behind our affiliate links either. The suppliers that do process them in order to make Coach work at all — the AI model, payments, hosting, voice — are each named in the Privacy Policy, and none of them may use your data for their own purposes.

You can see everything Coach remembers and delete any of it whenever you want, and you can request a full export or immediate deletion of your account at any time.

Your habit history and memories are kept for 90 days in case you come back, then permanently deleted unless you've moved to the free plan.
